Sales Manager (Real Estate)

We are looking for a talented Real Estate Sales Manager in El Dorado Hills, CA to establish performance standards, maintain a thriving company culture, and inspire achievement among agents and staff alike. This diverse and challenging role is best suited to a Leader / Driver / Influencer personality type.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of sales management in residential real estate or another sales-driven field. A history of personal sales production is helpful for advice, best practices, and agent empathy.

Areas of Focus

Lead the Team: As the Team Leader, you will oversee team meetings, the training and recruiting of new agents and team members, and lead tracking. You will serve as a resource to assist agents with sales knowledge, transactional guidance, and necessary paperwork. You will hold one-on-ones regularly to ensure all KPIs are met.

Accountability. You will step in and help whenever and wherever necessary. The importance of your role in the accountability process cannot be overstated. This is a key requirement for this position. You will hold all team members accountable for production and results and therefore you are capable of holding yourself accountable as well.

Create Structure: You will act as the quarterback for this team, leading the team to a higher level. You will keep the trains running on time by maintaining the checklists and procedures the office has developed and implementing new systems when needed.

Lead Generation and Distribution: This team has incredible lead sources. You will be responsible for the distribution of various leads and will take a hands-on approach. As you leverage other members of your team to assist with the contract-to-close process, you will encourage all agents to continue to build their sphere of influence.

CRM Mastery: Teaching agents to use our CRM is at the heart of this role. “If it's not in the CRM it didn't happen” Your job will be to take sometimes reluctant agents and mold them into systems masters. Both you and they will be forever blessed by embracing this discipline.

Recruiting: Recruit agents on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on retention. You know a top producer in the making when you see one.
